Payment method
You will receive an email from our company with a URL to access the payment site several days before the service commencement date. Please access this site and submit the payment information. Once the car is returned, we will check and charge the additional fees if any, such as the NOC, fines for traffic tickets, and charges for service extension if the car was rented longer than the original plan. Customers renting a car more than 1 month, are required to make the payment on a monthly basis.

Cancellation charges
Before commencement of service
7 days before the service commencement date or before: no cancellation fees
3 to 6 days before the service commencement date: 20% of the contract amount
1 or 2 days before the service commencement date: 30% of the contract amount
on service commencement date: 50% of the contract amount%
After commencement of service
contract period up to 7 days: 100% of the contract amount
contract period more than 7 days and up to 14 days: 100% of the fees incurred for the days the service was provided starting from the service commencement date up to the date of cancellation, and 50% of the fees for the remainder of the contract period which is to be cancelled
15 days or longer: 100% of the fees incurred for the days the service was provided starting from the service commencement date up to the date of cancellation
